Delete My Account — Saint Rose Philippine Duchesne

This form is for people who want their Saint Rose app account removed but can't (or would rather not) do it from inside the app.

What deleting your account removes

Your account sign-in (email/password, or Google or Apple sign-in link).
Your Parish Family Directory profile — your name, photo, and any contact details you added.
Your notification settings and the device tokens used to send you push notifications.

Records the parish keeps outside the app — for example a paper or office parish-registration record — are handled separately by the parish office and are not affected by this request.

How long it takes

Parish staff review each request and complete the deletion, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days. Once it's done, the account and its personal information are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We may contact you at the email address below if we need to confirm your identity before deleting.

Still have the app? You can delete your account yourself right now: open the app, go to the Me tab, and tap Delete My Account. That does exactly the same thing as this form, and it happens immediately.
