SaintRose is built for the Saint Rose Philippine Duchesne parish community. Anyone may create an account to use general features of the app, such as the parish bulletin, events, and announcements. Joining the Parish Family Directory and participating in Ministry Chat require confirming that you are 18 years old or older, since these involve sharing personal information and communicating with other members. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your profile photo may be a personal or family photo. The Parish Family Directory does not create separate listings for children — only the adult account holder's name and contact information are shown.
Ministry chats and community boards are meant to bring our parish together. When you post, please:
You keep ownership of what you post, but by posting you give the parish permission to display it within the app to other members, and to moderate or remove it as described below.
Saint Rose has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content or behavior that violates these guidelines will be removed, and any account responsible for it may be suspended or removed.
Any member can report a message, post, or profile they believe is inappropriate using the report option in the app. When a concern is reported:
If a report involves a safety concern about a minor, or a disclosure of abuse of any kind, it will not be handled through this in-app process. These matters must be directed to the Diocese of Phoenix's Office of Child and Youth Protection / Victim Assistance at (602) 354-2396, or the dedicated reporting line at 877-850-0003, in keeping with the parish and diocese's mandatory reporting obligations. More information is available at the Diocese of Phoenix Protection & Empowerment Office. If there is any immediate danger, contact local law enforcement at 911. Staff and volunteers are trained to recognize and properly route these situations rather than attempt to resolve them as ordinary content moderation.
You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab in the app. We may also suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, following the process described above.
The app links to third-party sites for things like online giving, event registration, and video content. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices — please review their own terms and privacy policies.
SaintRose is provided as a convenience to our parish community, on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. Event times, schedules, and other information may change; please confirm anything time-sensitive directly with the parish office.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Arizona — confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
